Welcome to CEQTSA.COM (the “Site”). By accessing or using this Site, communicating with us, or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or purchase any products. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Cloud Equation Transportation, LLC (“Cloud Equation Transportation,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use this Site or place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when communicating with us, requesting quotes, or placing orders. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with another user’s experience.

The Site displays information about custom wheels and related products. Availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at our discretion, provided that confirmed orders already accepted in writing are not affected. Cloud Equation Transportation, LLC does not publish prices online. All pricing is handled via direct contact, including phone, email, or messaging. Any quote provided is non-binding until confirmed in writing via invoice, email confirmation, or signed order form. Applicable taxes, shipping, handling, duties, and fees will be disclosed prior to final order confirmation. Authorizing an order constitutes an offer to purchase custom-made goods. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion, including due to availability, specification conflicts, or suspected fraud. An order becomes binding only after written confirmation is issued by Cloud Equation Transportation, LLC.

All wheels are custom made-to-order, built to customer-approved specifications including size, width, diameter, offset, bolt pattern, finish, and custom details. Once specifications are approved and production or processing begins, orders cannot be changed, canceled, or reversed, except where required by law. You are solely responsible for verifying correct fitment for your vehicle and intended use. Wheels must be test-fitted without tires prior to mounting, installed by a qualified professional, and mounted using proper torque procedures and compatible hardware. Vehicle modifications may be required for certain fitments, and you assume all responsibility for modifications, safety, legality, and roadworthiness.

All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or store credits are offered once production begins. If wheels are manufactured according to approved specifications, the sale remains final even if fitment, rubbing, clearance, or aesthetics do not meet expectations. Claims involving defects are handled exclusively under our Limited Warranty. No cash refunds are issued.

Cloud Equation Transportation, LLC may offer a limited structural warranty, for example three years, to the original retail purchaser against defects in materials or workmanship under normal street use. Warranty applies only to new wheels purchased from Cloud Equation Transportation, LLC or authorized sellers and installed on the original vehicle. Warranty does not cover damage from impacts, potholes, curbs, collisions, racing, drifting, off-road use, overloading, improper tire pressure, improper installation, non-approved hardware, or modifications such as welding, drilling, or machining. Cosmetic warranties may apply to certain finishes, for example three years, covering defects such as peeling or cracking under normal care. Cosmetic warranties do not cover improper cleaners, abrasive products, corrosion from brake dust or salt, automatic or high-pressure car washes, scratches, curb rash, chips, or normal wear. Failure to maintain wheels properly may void coverage.

All warranties are exclusive and replace all other express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent allowed by law. Liability is limited to repair, refinish, replacement, or credit at our discretion. Labor, mounting, balancing, shipping, and incidental costs are not covered. Products and Site content are provided “as-is” and “as available.” Non-OEM wheel fitments may affect vehicle performance, safety, and compliance, and you assume all responsibility. No verbal or written advice creates any warranty beyond what is expressly stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Equation Transportation, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product involved. All Site content, including designs, wheel concepts, images, text, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by Cloud Equation Transportation, LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited. Use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, unless consumer law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
