This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through CEQTSA.COM and via direct order with Cloud Equation Transportation, LLC (“Cloud Equation Transportation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

All Alovar Carnelli Forged wheels are custom manufactured to order, based on customer-approved specifications including size, width, diameter, offset, bolt pattern, finish, and design details. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order has been approved and production or processing has begun, orders cannot be canceled, products cannot be returned, and no refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be issued, except where required by applicable law.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund: custom wheels and made-to-order products, wheels manufactured according to approved specifications, items that have been mounted, test-fitted with tires, driven on, or used, items showing signs of installation, wear, damage, or modification, and clearance, promotional, or special-order items.

Returns may be considered only if the product received is materially defective due to a manufacturing error or if an incorrect product was shipped due to our error. Fitment issues, rubbing, clearance concerns, or aesthetic dissatisfaction do not qualify if the wheels match the approved specifications.

To request review of a potential return or warranty issue, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery at 📧 sale@ceqtsa.com. Customers must provide the order number and proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of the defect or error. Written authorization must be obtained before returning any item, and unauthorized returns will be refused.

If a return is approved, the product must be returned unused, unmounted, and in original packaging. Items will be inspected upon receipt. If approved after inspection, Cloud Equation Transportation, LLC may, at its sole discretion, repair, refinish, replace the wheel, or issue a credit toward replacement. Cash refunds are not provided for custom wheels.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the issue is confirmed to be our error. Original shipping, handling, duties, and fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for damage occurring during return shipment.

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Fitment miscalculations or personal preference changes are not valid reasons for return. Customers are solely responsible for verifying specifications before approving an order.

Cloud Equation Transportation, LLC reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site or completion of a purchase constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
